The artist
Hello, I’m Nima.
I started playing music at five. First came Persian music—a world built on improvisation, instinct and the courage to create in the moment. At five, I won first prize and an honorary diploma for best performance in the Azerbaijani State Music Competition.
After moving to Australia, I immersed myself in classical violin. I completed major AMEB milestones with High Distinction, served as associate concertmaster of the Melbourne Youth Orchestra, and performed with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra at Hamer Hall and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
Four years studying with William Hennessy AM transformed my playing. But eventually I wanted something beyond orchestral tradition: innovation, production, film and the live connection between performer and audience.
So I built a recording studio, learned production and distribution, began releasing music and created cinematic videos with my team. I have assembled orchestras and toured Australia with celebrated Persian artists including Sahar, Alireza Ghorbani and Aref Arefkia, performing at the Sydney Opera House.
Today, all of those worlds meet in one place: a performance designed to make your occasion feel alive.
